2. Subscriptions, Renewals & Cancellation
We know people use nuJOB.ai during different stages of their career journey. That's why managing your subscription is easy, transparent, and fully self-service through Stripe.

- If you no longer need the service, you can cancel your subscription anytime through your Stripe Customer Portal.
- There is no penalty and no need to contact support.
- To avoid being charged for the next cycle, please cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date.

2.2 If You Used a Coupon or Free Month
Some users start with a free month or promotional code — great!
Just note:
- Promotional subscriptions still renew normally through Stripe.

5. Duplicate, Unauthorized, or Fraudulent Charges
